How does OFFRZ work?
Property owners submit their properties for tokenization. We verify, appraise, and create digital tokens on the XRP Ledger. Verified accredited investors can then purchase fractional ownership tokens.
Is OFFRZ secure?
Yes. We use KYC/AML identity verification, SEC Regulation D 506(c) compliance, and record all transactions on the XRP Ledger for immutable transparency. Data is encrypted on AWS infrastructure.
